As Secretary General of International Human Rights Commission IHRC Corporation, I hereby inform that on February 27, 2026, in Tbilisi, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was formally signed between IHRC Corporation and the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia.

The Agreement was concluded with the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia and establishes a structured framework of cooperation in the fields of,

protection of human rights,
• strengthening of public security,
• support for populations affected by armed conflicts,
• training of observers, volunteers, medical and logistical personnel,
• development of international projects and exchange of know-how.

The Memorandum entered into force upon signature by the authorized representatives of the Sides and constitutes a formal foundation for further joint humanitarian and international security initiatives.

During the official ceremony, I was awarded the Golden Medal of Merit in recognition of contributions to humanitarian cooperation and international partnership development.

This signing marks another strategic step in strengthening IHRC Corporation’s transnational intergovernmental cooperation architecture dedicated to stability, civilian protection, and sustainable peacebuilding mechanisms worldwide.
